Weekly 4e Homebrew: Mad Scientist

Every Sunday, I'll have a completely homebrewed Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition element that you can use in your games. I do take requests so you can either post a comment here, email me at thatrobedguy@hotmail.com with the subject "Homebrew Request", or send me a tweet on Twitter (@brannonhutchins) with the hashtag #weekly4e.

I introduce to you a man of SCIENCE for your characters to take down: The Mad Scientist.

Mad Scientist
The antics of this man of science have created a mass of chaos.
Civilization can only advance with the continuing advancement of science. Sadly, there are those who don't know when too far is too far. They go mad with their knowledge and create just because they can with no regard for the consequences.

Science!: The Mad Scientist knows all there is to know about the art of science, even if he doesn't know it. They are a master of their craft.
Screw Loose: They say that to be a genius, one also has to be mad and the Mad Scientist has plenty of madness to go around. Their thoughts follow no pattern and their logic can seem flawed at best. Their ramblings can at best only be interpreted by others like them.

The Mad Scientist was created using Power2ool for use in your 4th Edition Dungeons and Dragons game, by Wizards of the Coast.
